[제조/영업] Sales Manager
A foreign adhesive solutions company is looking for a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be in charge of identifying new customer opportunities, managing key accounts, executing sales strategies, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers and hunt for new business opportunities
- Lead spec-in and commercialisation activities to support Korea and APAC business growth
- Manage key accounts and execute short-, mid-, and long-term strategic plans
- Oversee project management and coordination by closely working with R&D, SCM, HQ, and cross-border teams
- Position products and implement pricing strategies
- Manage strategic converters and distributors
- Monitor actual vs. planned PNS developments and implement respective countermeasures in case of deficiencies
- Conduct market research to identify future growth prospects and actively approach target accounts and market segments
- Lead new product promotions, customer training, and technical and supply support services
- Maintain regular communication and information exchange with counterparts in other countries and HQ
- Coordinate cross-border demand planning and forecasting
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of technical & sales
- B2B sales and key account management skills
- Market and business analysis capability
- Good cross-functional coordination and project management skills
- Pricing and commercial analysis skills
- Fluent level English
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemical, polymer, engineering, or other relevant fields
- Advanced level MS Office
- Proficient in CRM and other relevant business managing tools
