[의료기기/영업] Account Manager
An international healthcare technology company is searching for an Account Manager. The chosen applicant will drive sales and account growth while strengthening customer and distributor relationships to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to revenue closure for both direct and indirect sales channels
- Develop and implement account-specific strategies to meet or surpass sales targets
- Utilise Salesforce for managing projects from lead generation to revenue generation
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Drive the development of new business opportunities and increase strategic partnerships
- Serve as the first point of contact for configurations or compatibility questions for installed base upgrades and service contracts
- Renew service contracts for existing and future installed bases to increase service margins in South Korea
- Supervise and manage local distributors to drive business and provide training and support to enhance their sales performance
- Perform territorial analysis to identify prospective clients for advanced radiotherapy platforms and develop related business plans
- Execute forecasting and budgeting responsibilities associated with territorial activities and sales objectives
- Maintain open and timely communication with sales management regarding sales leads, market challenges, competitive activity, and other relevant issues
- Provide leadership in developing national strategic and tactical plans to achieve business objectives
- Represent the company at national exhibitions and annual meetings of various medical specialties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedical engineering or medicine
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management, including both direct and indirect selling in the medical device industry
- Experience dealing with a capital medical device business in the healthcare industry (Radiation Therapy business is preferred)
- Strong background in sales within the medical equipment field (therapeutic equipment is preferred)
- Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC)
- Advanced sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
