[IT/기술영업] Senior Technical Account Manager

A global IT company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, optimise platform adoption, and drive long-term customer success across enterprise Zero Trust and microsegmentation environments.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated technical resource supporting optimal platform configuration and Zero Trust use case strategy
• Aggregate technical challenges and collaborate with services and support teams to ensure timely resolution
• Build a comprehensive success plan covering customer environments, processes, and deployment characteristics
• Act as the internal voice of the customer by liaising with product, support, and services teams
• Maintain operational excellence by managing key KPIs, including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health
• Engage with customers remotely and travel on-site when required

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity, or DevOps in a customer-facing role
• Experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or DevOps environments
• Working knowledge of networking protocols and basic cybersecurity principles
• Troubleshooting and deployment experience in Windows and Linux environments with scripting and API development, such as Python and REST
• Proven ability to build relationships across multiple organisational levels from CISO to engineers
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for emerging technologies
• Possess a valid CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, CCIE Security or GIAC certifications such as GCIA, GCIH, GCED, or GMON
• Fluent level Korean and English
