A global equipment manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing sales efforts in accordance with company objectives, strategies, and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and market share growth in the Semi market segment
- Contribute to the vision and implementation of strategic annual and long-range plans
- Develop sales strategies to expand market share through new product line expansions
- Maintain competitor and market awareness
- Lead the activities of the sales team to obtain leads, create opportunities, and generate quotations for Semi market segment
- Work closely with General Manager and Account Managers to identify and capture growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Identify, lead, and develop talent to maximise individual, team, and organizational effectiveness
- Support the company's continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or engineering (MBA is preferred)
- More than 10 years of sales experience in semiconductor equipment or component industries
- Samsung accounts sales specialty (managing designated accounts experience) is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Skilled in CRM tools
- Familiarity with the Gas Flow instrumentation industry is advantageous
- Proficient in Korean and English
