[제조/영업] Senior Account Manager

An international dairy company is searching for a Senior Account Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of account growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with global teams to manage raw material approvals, pricing, and purchasing processes
• Collaborate with the supply manager and logistics specialist to oversee the supply of raw materials
• Maintain a sustainable gross margin and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Work with various teams to gather market insights in Korea
• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts
• Serve as the primary contact for contingency and continuous supply
• Handle export and GSC sales operations
• Coordinate and resolve complaints from both overseas and local customers
• Prepare monthly sales reports and manage sample distribution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (food science or technology is ideal)
• More than 15 years of experience in food trading business-related company
• More than 10 years of sales experience in FMCG or ingredients is preferred
• Experience in marketing, strategy, new product development and project management
• Expertise in sales, business development, and SAP is advantageous
• Familiar with the multinational environment to manage the company’s sales activities for both international and domestic
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
