A global chemical company is searching for a Regional Account Manager. The chosen candidate will be managing and developing a portfolio of customers and growing sales in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and budget demand for products and customers in collaboration with respective planning tools and functions
- Achieve KPI objectives, Topline Sales Revenue, Gross Margin (GPx), and Specific innovation or synergy sales
- Develop and implement sales plans and new projects for your region
- Share visit reports, client information, and feedback, and conduct post-mortem analysis as necessary
- Actively manage pricing of the customer and product portfolio in alignment with commercial management rules and guidelines
- Monitor client satisfaction and initiate corrective action
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, technology, or business-related field
- More than 8 years of relevant commercial experience
- Technical knowledge and skills within the nutrition, pharma, or food supplements industry
- In-depth knowledge of industry and markets about Taste products and applications
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
