What You'll Do:
Source new candidates for the business using a variety of methods including headhunting, referrals and job boards
Manage the existing research database by remaining in close contact with candidates who may be looking to change jobs
Create company maps and profiles in database form for headhunting purpose
Conduct face to face interviews with candidates to complete the first phase of registration
Present new candidates to the team
Carry out specific headhunt projects based on particular jobs
Attributes that we look for:
Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, account management or project leading experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Korean and English
High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
High interests of the recruitment industry and current market conditions & trends
