What You'll Do:

• Source new candidates for the business using a variety of methods including headhunting, referrals and job boards
• Manage the existing research database by remaining in close contact with candidates who may be looking to change jobs
• Create company maps and profiles in database form for headhunting purpose
• Conduct face to face interviews with candidates to complete the first phase of registration
• Present new candidates to the team
• Carry out specific headhunt projects based on particular jobs

Attributes that we look for:

• Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, account management or project leading experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Korean and English
• High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High interests of the recruitment industry and current market conditions & trends
