[리테일/영업] Sales Director

A renowned global consumer goods company is looking for a Sales Director. The selected candidate will be in charge of utilising effective sales strategies and executing joint business plans to achieve sales goals. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for building customer relationships across all channels
• Facilitate go-to-market plans for product launches
• Handle analysis and business review management
• Determine, execute, and monitor key account metrics
• Work with key teams to enhance demand forecasting
• Drive improvements on eCommerce and shelf presence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is advantageous)
• More than 15 years of experience in international FMCG or CPG
• Experience in internal plan development and external sales management
• Prior distributor management experience
• Background in key account management
• Experience in trade marketing or marketing is a plus
• Proficient in Korean and English
