[의료기기/영업] Sales Manager

An international medical device company is searching for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies to ensure the achievement of profitability objectives. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and ensure regular engagement with partners and clients
• Promote direct sales in hospitals
• Develop capabilities of sales representatives to enlarge the market reach
• Launch creative sales and marketing initiatives
• Establish strong connections with KOLs across a range of specialties
• Utilise customer feedback to improve service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in the medical or healthcare sector is advantageous
• More than 10 years of sales experience in medical equipment or the healthcare domain is a plus
• Prior experience in endoscopy and direct sales is ideal
• Background in people management
• Knowledge of medical terms is preferred
