[광고/IT] Technical Account Manager

An international advertising company is looking for a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical service and support to the customers. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical guide and suggest RMP best practices for the clients
• Lead the client-related initiatives and processes
• Develop technical assets for clients with CSE
• Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve it within the team
• Examine client data and integration work to identify and mitigate data quality issues

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of TAM experience
• More than 3 years of client-facing solutions engineering positions
• Knowledge of online services systems and businesses
• Background in computer science or technical equivalent
• Possess an analytical mindset
• Fluent level Korean and English
