[IT/고객지원] Senior Support Account Manager

A global technology organisation is looking for a Senior Support Account Manager. The successful candidate will execute solutions in line with the clients’ short and long-term support requirements. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Align internal resources to achieve customer expectations and account performance goals
• Engage in conference calls and in-person meetings to maintain information update
• Manage summarised weekly status updates
• Oversee, record, and report performance in relation to SLAs
• Assess active incidents, issues, and improvement requests
• Serve as a point of contact and advocate for serious client concerns

Requirements:

• Experience in major accounts and project management
• Practical experience with ITIL
• Background in support roles working with technical end-users
• Knowledge of ITSM in major firms
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels in the organisation
• Prior engineering experience related to infrastructures is ideal
