A global technology organisation is looking for a Senior Support Account Manager. The successful candidate will execute solutions in line with the clients’ short and long-term support requirements. This role is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Align internal resources to achieve customer expectations and account performance goals
- Engage in conference calls and in-person meetings to maintain information update
- Manage summarised weekly status updates
- Oversee, record, and report performance in relation to SLAs
- Assess active incidents, issues, and improvement requests
- Serve as a point of contact and advocate for serious client concerns
Requirements:
- Experience in major accounts and project management
- Practical experience with ITIL
- Background in support roles working with technical end-users
- Knowledge of ITSM in major firms
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels in the organisation
- Prior engineering experience related to infrastructures is ideal
