An international advertising company is looking for a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical service and support to the customers. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical guide and suggest RMP best practices for the clients
- Lead the client-related initiatives and processes
- Develop technical assets for clients with CSE
- Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve it within the team
- Examine client data and integration work to identify and mitigate data quality issues
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of TAM experience
- More than 3 years of client-facing solutions engineering positions
- Knowledge of online services systems and businesses
- Background in computer science or technical equivalent
- Possess an analytical mindset
- Fluent level Korean and English
