A global smart solutions company is searching for an Account Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for managing different sales activities in an assigned area to achieve business revenue goals.
- Drive revenue growth for assigned client accounts
- Implement sales strategies such as schedules, presentations, and marketing activities
- Oversee promotion and inquiries of prospective customers
- Optimise upselling efforts to expand services
- Prepare regular status reports to the management
- Manage the resolution of client issues
- Handle negotiation efforts with buyers and managers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business
- 3+ years of experience in sales or within the client management industry is preferred
- Background in leading change in the area of business and national cultures
- Highly innovative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Korean; proficient in written and oral English
