A CRM Manager position is now available at a multinational fashion organisation. The selected applicant will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s client engagement and development activities. This role based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Establish client networks through VICs and promotional events
- Manage client engagement initiatives
- Improve CRM activities across assigned boutiques
- Oversee gathered client data throughout channels
- Enhance data management procedures and accuracy
- Facilitate budgeting and forecasting
Requirements:
- Expertise in client data analytics or client marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent level written and verbal English
