A top European software and market intelligence company is looking to fill a Key Account Manager position. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing strong trust-based customer relationships in order to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Create strong customer relationships through an understanding of the customer’s business and the issues influencing their market
- Gain trust with a wide range of customers
- Provide solutions to existing customers
- Gain understanding in company products and promote solutions to current and potential customers
- Utilise expansive internal and external networks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high value solution sales
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce.com experience is a plus)
- Proven understanding of sales proposition
- English and Japanese proficiency
