A multinational specialty chemicals and ingredients company is searching for a Key Account Manager for food & nutrition accounts. In this role you will handle accounts that have been identified as having high growth potential, orchestrating resources throughout the organization to provide customers with value added solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly gain a strong understanding of customer business
• Increase sales in various customer business segments
• Implement account business plans, using the internal system for information related to call planning, customer identification & contacts management, account strategy & planning, and following up on customer needs
• Use the CRM platform to drive customer relationship management activities
• Drive and develop strong customer relationships and actively drive internal stakeholder relationships with customers at all levels
• Meet or exceed sales growth, profitability, pipeline, and other business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
• 8+ years’ account management experience in a related segment/industry
• Proven track record in successfully managing and growing key accounts
• Ability to engage customers at all organizational levels, including top-level senior management
• Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Korean
