A rising global telecommunication company is searching for an experienced professional to join them as Account Manager. The ideal candidate for this position has intangible sales experience and a background in a research and consulting field.
- Achieve annual sales order targets for targeted accounts
- Ensure account development plans are created and implemented for each account
- Keep the customer up to date on products and services and to ensure the customer appreciates and understands medium and long term strategy
- Identify new business opportunities outside of targeted accounts, through a sustained program of following up on referrals, sales leads, and cold calling
- Maintain effective working relationships with all business units in order to provide sound commercial and technical solutions in a timely manner
- Demonstrated understanding of how account management contributes to revenue generation and cost reduction
- Strong Business acumen
- Solid understanding in commercial and contractual issues
- Expert knowledge of financial concepts and terms such as ROI, balance sheets, taxation, CAPEX, OPEX, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills in English and Korean
