[리테일/VM] VM Executive

A global jewellery company is searching for a VM Executive. The selected applicant will implement visual merchandising standards across stores, ensuring consistent brand presentation through displays and product rotations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage window and in-store product displays in assigned locations in line with brand image
• Provide feedback through store photo reports and propose visual ideas and suggestions based on store business specificities
• Work closely with the MD team by sharing highlights of the VM strategy and considering store business challenges and feedback aligned with the VM strategy
• Develop store zoning in accordance with VM guidelines, store allocations, and zone manager direction
• Plan and roll out product rotations according to the VM calendar in partnership with MD, Retail, and boutique management teams
• Produce and manage window displays, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotion displays for boutiques, new openings, and pop-up stores
• Establish regular and clear communication with HQ and boutiques
• Communicate VM guidelines to MD and Retail teams to ensure a consistent brand image
• Implement display changes based on VM guidelines and maintain VM standards in stores
• Manage and develop store props inventory and report needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising for jewellery and luxury brands
• Proficient in MS Office
• High level of knowledge on the luxury market, watches, and jewellery
• Understanding of both Visual Merchandising insights and business challenges
• Creativity with interest in jewellery, fashion, design and art
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Korean

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Adobe Pack (notably Photoshop)
