[패션/리테일] Merchandising & Retail Manager

An international luxury shoe brand is searching for a Merchandising & Retail Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for setting and achieving annual sales targets through effective action plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement mid- to long-term business strategies for the Korean market
• Lead and manage store managers while implementing training and performance evaluation systems
• Enhance customer experience with a focus on VIP services
• Plan store layouts and visual merchandising strategies
• Conduct market research to analyse trends and competitors in Korea
• Plan and execute new product launches and promotional campaigns
• Maintain effective communication with the headquarters in Italy and the regional team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or fashion-related fields is a plus
• More than 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role (luxury or fashion industry is preferred)
• Basic financial management and analytical skills
• Familiarity with luxury footwear and accessories is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce management is desirable
• Knowledge of digital marketing (SNS, e-commerce) is advantageous
• Strong retail management or merchandising experience in other industries is also encouraged to apply
• Native level Korean; conversational level English (Italian is a plus)
