[리테일/MD] Senior Merchandising Manager

An international fashion brand is looking for a Senior Merchandising Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for handling brand leadership to drive brand-led expansion and achieve business goals. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Create seasonal brand-aligned product assortment
• Assist cross-functional teams and provide brand vision
• Develop seasonal and long-term growth strategies by facilitating workstreams
• Oversee workstreams for business analysis
• Facilitate implementation of seasonal merchandising strategies
• Promote a high-performance culture by developing talents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or relevant domains
• More than 15 years of experience in product, merchandising, or similar brand management in footwear, outdoor sportswear, or other retail products
• More than 5 years of experience in team development and management
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Strong business management abilities
• Fluent in written and verbal Korean and English
