An internationally recognised footwear manufacturer is searching for a Senior Merchandising Manager. In this position, you will handle merchandising strategies, channel management, and financial management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all merchandising operations are in sync
• Monitor and measure in- and post-season performance
• Facilitate forecasting processes
• Oversee previous and existing assortment activities
• Work with internal colleagues to ensure promotional initiatives are consistent
• Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in merchandising, business management, or retail management
• 13+ years of experience in merchandising, product development, or retail
• Proven success in creating and implementing merchandising strategies
• Expertise in local retail footwear market and consumers
• Understanding of local and overseas fashion or trends
• Ability and willingness to travel when required
