[리테일/구매] Merchandising Buyer

A multinational fashion group is searching for a Merchandising Buyer. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s merchandising, sales analysis and reporting, training, and commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the seasonal buying budget plan
• Handle budget allocation
• Evaluate preceding season’s sales and market trends
• Create reports regarding sales trends
• Identify competitors’ trends and best-selling products
• Collaborate with internal colleagues on special events, promotions, and client care
• Coordinate seasonal collection training on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• 5+ years of experience in merchandise buying and in the fashion business
• Expertise in the fashion and retail sector
• Ability to develop corporate and store relationships
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
• Fluent level written and verbal English
