[리테일/영업관리] Retail Area Supervisor

A foreign clothing company is searching for a Retail Area Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee multiple retail stores to ensure sales targets are achieved, operations run efficiently, and customer service standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned stores in achieving sales targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales data
• Analyse sales figures and store KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and guide promotional activities
• Conduct regular store visits and supervise daily store operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines
• Oversee store openings, relocations, expansions, and closures as needed
• Ensure customer service standards are met, including handling VIP customers and resolving complaints
• Monitor and report on competitors, market trends, and promotional activities to develop actionable sales insights
• Evaluate store managers’ performance, conduct appraisals, and support training and motivation initiatives
• Maintain optimal store staffing levels and employment records of store teams
• Report store management issues promptly and coordinate with related teams to enhance store operations and communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-10 years of experience in the fashion industry and retail business is preferred
• Ability to understand and analyse sales figures
• Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills
• Data analytic skills; ability to interpret various retail KPIs into sales action plans
• Ability to understand and sympathise with store staff
