[리테일/운영관리] Retail Operation Manager

An international luxury brand is seeking a Retail Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee retail operations, ensuring seamless communication, field support, training, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for the retail team, facilitating smooth communication across HQ, subsidiaries, and field teams
• Conduct regular store visits to provide support, guidance, and operational oversight
• Manage deployments, maintenance, and renovations to maintain a premium retail environment
• Train field teams on retail procedures, internal controls, and best practices
• Oversee retail KPIs, sales budgets, and inventory management to drive business success
• Supervise boutique audits, security, and hospitality standards to enhance customer experience
• Manage special orders, watch sales processes, and ensure compliance with retail guidelines
• Lead and develop retail operations and logistics specialists

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a luxury service-related field preferred
• 8-10 years in retail business & luxury industry, preferably in a retail-related environment
• Experience in luxury retail business & client service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
