A Retail Manager (Sales Manager) position is now available at a global luxury jewellery firm. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the boutique to ensure seamless operations. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Lead retail campaigns for related stores
• Conduct boutique visits and deliver feedback to staff management and performance review
• Enhance service quality and create successful CRM activities
• Handle sales administration and overall turnover
• Give sales projection for new product launch
• Establish and maintain relationships with landlords and aid negotiations

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of sales experience
• Background in team management and development
• Excellent understanding of product and industry
• Knowledge of selling processes and customer behaviour
• Strong interpersonal skills
