[리테일] Retail Manager

A multinational leather fashion brand is searching for a Retail Manager. The selected candidate will be accountable for the business management and ensuring seamless retail operations. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Create and carry out action plans to meet the sales target
• Provide quantitative insight by analysing sales data, retail KPIs, and market data
• Establish relationships with retailers
• Allocate responsibilities and structure the retail initiatives
• Track the performance of the sales team, the effectiveness of the entire staff, and any potential evaluation procedures
• Facilitate store management and address business issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in retail (luxury fashion sector is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and with teams
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
