[리테일] Retail Manager

An international fashion products manufacturer is searching for a Retail Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for retail operations, partnership, business, and team management. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of sales goals through action plan development and execution
• Track market trends, business environment, and competitor initiatives
• Establish relationships with retailers
• Develop retail activity organisation and assign roles
• Monitor sales team performance, the effectiveness of staff, and any potential evaluation procedures
• Resolve and discuss any issues and other business-related suggestions with store teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of retail experience (luxury fashion sector is advantageous)
• Outstanding analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and with teams
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
