A Retail Manager position is available at a global technology company. The successful applicant will be overseeing the administrative processes’ compliance with international regulations. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate periodic recruitment plan
• Maintain proper shop image by ensuring the professional appearance of employees
• Create and implement plans to optimise operational procedures
• Establish strong relationships with key partners
• Collect sales information and publish a daily goal report
• Coordinate shop enhancements with the key manager

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in retail (luxury is ideal)
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Strong planning capabilities
• Proven administrative skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English
