A luxury fashion retailer is recruiting for a Retail Manager to maximize sales performance of the retail stores. This position is responsible for supervision of all retail operations including the management of store sales performance and retail personnel hiring.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the target of each store and coach stores to achieve highest operational excellence.
• Plan and execute action plans to achieve monthly sales target and KPIs
• Coach stores to keep highest standards of housekeeping, retail standards in terms of environment, company polices and work ethics
• Recruit all levels of store employees and manage their on-boarding and performance
• Handle the process of staff performance appraisal including probation assessment of interns
• Monitor store staff working schedule, staff turnover
• Keep track of competitor activities and maintain/build strong relationship with department store counterparts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in retail operations, preferably in the luxury fashion industry
• Business level written and verbal fluency in both English and Korean
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Power Point Experienced SAP operation desirable
