A Store Planning Professional position is available at an international luxury fashion company. The successful individual will be delivering EHS-relevant maintenance duties for the local store. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Check the vendor’s completion report
• Oversee the purchasing of maintenance resources
• Develop a yearly maintenance budget
• Prepare and submit all purchase orders for maintenance expenditure
• Handle in and out processes of stocks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, interior design, or a relevant discipline
• 5-7 years of experience with high-end commercial business or interior fit-out contractor
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Capability to handle various projects at the same time
• Fluent level verbal and written English
