[리테일/품질관리] Quality Assurance Specialist

A multinational cosmetic brand is searching for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The selected applicant will manage the quality audit and performance improvement of Full Buy or Open Development vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team
• Execute the Quality Management Strategy and Roadmap continuously
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to satisfy certification, regulation, corporate and customer requirements
• Deliver continuous improvement of results for customer complaints, supplier performance, and audit results
• Collaborate with global or zone OMA quality to prevent quality issues caused by full-buy vendors
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve process agility while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Develop, coach, and support the quality team to deliver strong performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-6 years of quality assurance experience
• Experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry or international ecosystem is a plus
• Strong communication, organisational, and work methodology skills
• Ethical, open-minded, flexible, problem-solving oriented, autonomous, and a team player
• Fluent level Korean and English
