[제약/품질관리] QA Engineer

A multinational pharmaceutical company is searching for a QA Engineer. The chosen candidate will support the site Quality Management System to maintain the high standards of the operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data automation and digitalisation analysis by pulling data from various databases and creating automated visualisation dashboards
• Evaluate deviations and OOS OOC conditions and provide guidance for the disposition of non-conforming products
• Utilise LEAN Six Sigma practices to implement and improve plant quality standards and processes
• Lead root cause investigations for customer complaints and quality investigations using model-based problem-solving techniques
• Support the site SPC program by providing SPC/SQC data support and customized trend charts to assess and monitor product/process performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, chemistry, or another technical discipline
• Experience in chemical manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with process improvement, data automation, and data digitisation
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC/SQC), root cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA), problem-solving, FMEAs, Design of Experiment (DoE), continuous improvement (CI) activities, management of change, and document control systems
• Strong data analysis and data preparation automation skills, with a background in programming (Python, JavaScript, SQL, Alteryx/Dataiku, Tableau)
• Proficient in statistical software (Minitab, JMP, and NWA)
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Semiconductor experience is a plus
• ISO certification
• American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
