[제조/PM] Product Manager

A global scientific instruments company is looking for an Ion Chromatography – Product Manager. The selected candidate will drive IC product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, support sales and technical activities, and build strong customer and industry relationships

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute IC product strategy aligned with global direction
• Manage the full product lifecycle and guide portfolio positioning through market and competitor analysis
• Drive IC sales growth and manage key customer accounts
• Provide technical sales support through demos, presentations, proposals, and customer training
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including installation and troubleshooting
• Partner with sales, marketing, and application teams to ensure market fit
• Lead product launches and prepare go-to-market materials and documentation
• Deliver internal training to build organisational IC expertise
• Build strong relationships across key industries (semiconductor, petrochemical, environmental, etc.)
• Collect customer insights to support continuous product and application improvements
• Represent at events and exhibitions
• Track product performance and market adoption
• Identify new application areas and enhancement opportunities based on trends and customer needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in ion chromatography sales, applications, or analytical instrumentation
• Strong understanding of ion chromatography principles, industry requirements, and analytical workflows
• Fluent level Korean and English
