[제조/분석] Electrochemistry Product Manager

An Electrochemistry Product Manager role is now open in a global scientific instruments company. The selected candidate will be managing the electrochemistry product lifecycle, driving strategy, and providing technical and commercial support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop electrochemistry product strategy in alignment with global direction
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to strengthen positioning across academia, national laboratories, and R&D industries
• Identify new applications, trends, and development opportunities in electrochemical research, materials science, and battery/energy fields
• Act as the subject-matter expert for electrochemical techniques such as CV, EIS, and chronoamperometry
• Provide advanced technical support, including demonstrations, customer training, seminars, and workshops
• Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including installation, method optimisation, and troubleshooting
• Develop application notes, technical guides, and localised documentation
• Collaborate with the sales team to support opportunity development and key customer engagements
• Build strong relationships with universities, research institutes, government labs, and R&D-focused industries (battery, sensors, materials, corrosion, catalysis, etc.)
• Represent the company at conferences, academic events, exhibitions, and technical symposiums
• Gather customer insights to support portfolio optimisation and future product planning
• Work with marketing to develop go-to-market materials, digital content, and local campaigns
• Coordinate with global product managers and HQ teams regarding product updates, training, and launches
• Deliver internal training to strengthen organisational expertise in electrochemistry
• Monitor product performance, adoption rates, and application trends
• Recommend improvements based on feedback from users and industry developments
• Support strategic initiatives to expand presence in advanced electrochemical research and emerging scientific fields

Requirements:

• PhD in Electrochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field is strongly preferred (Master’s degree with equivalent research experience may also be considered)
• Experience interacting with academic researchers, R&D laboratories, or scientific communities
• Strong understanding of electrochemical principles, instrumentation, and research methodologies
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Proficient in Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Autolab, DropSens, or similar potentiostat/electrode systems
• Sales or commercial experience
