[연구/경영지원] Business Analyst

A global R&D technology company is looking for a Business Analyst. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting the implementation of scientific applications, gathering and documenting customer requirements, and collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Learn new scientific applications and gain hands-on experience in application configuration and implementation
• Provide Business Analyst support, including Korean language support when required
• Coordinate with customers in Korean to understand current systems, gather requirements, share status and progress, manage issues, and conduct meetings
• Create requirements and specification documents, process flows, and other necessary documentation
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams across multiple engagements and global locations
• Read and adhere to relevant SOPs, guidelines, and work instructions while performing tasks
• Support basic project management activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences, mathematics, or statistics
• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience of working with end users to document requirements and build consensus for the current situation
• Knowledge in drug research and development process
• Business analysis skills
• Business level written and verbal Korean (2C/2D level in the Korean language certification) and English
