[리테일/연구] Flavour Evaluation & Application Manager

A foreign chemical company is searching for a Flavour Evaluation & Application Manager. The chosen applicant will support and drive development and improvement projects in the beverage and dairy categories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage development and improvement projects for beverage and dairy categories in Korea
• Propose and respond with flavours aligned to Korean market trends, consumer insights, and technology
• Strengthen R&D capabilities through technical seminars and internal studies
• Select flavours and maintain the flavour library based on the global library
• Provide technical and solution-oriented support to Korean customers, including presentations and sales assistance
• Identify flavour development needs and guide flavourists
• Build and maintain a network with ingredient suppliers, machine manufacturers, and customer R&D managers in Korea
• Participate in proactive pipeline and generate creative concepts
• Manage the sweet lab, equipment, and application test data
• Coordinate with affiliates in other regions
• Understand other categories such as bakery and confectionery

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in beverage and dairy development and improvement (dairy beverages are preferred)
• Strong understanding of R&D and improvement processes, including NPD workflows
• Experience with a wide range of flavour ingredients
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Korean customers as well as global and local teams
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Proficient in English
