An NPD Part Lead position is available at a global food and beverage producer. The selected applicant will be determining project responsibilities and requirements needed to deliver projects. This role is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with key teams in identifying project specifications
- Establish and manage project plans and schedules
- Direct project team tasks to improve the timeline and minimise problems
- Conduct periodic multidisciplinary project team meetings
- Assess project development regularly
- Supervise waste reduction in project scopes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, marketing, logistics, engineering, quality, food science, or operations
- More than 7 years of professional experience (NPD project management in CPG business)
- Prior experience in multiple business functions in CPG
- Capability to handle multiple schedules
- Strong organisational abilities
- Native level Korean; proficient in English
