[IT/엔지니어] OpEx Senior Engineer

An OpEx Senior Engineer position is now available at an international manufacturing firm. The chosen applicant will be serving as a project leader and drive lean transformation initiatives. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Create training materials and conduct lean training
• Utilise CIPs, SMED, KANBAN, etc. to ensure continuous improvements
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis in manufacturing procedures
• Mentor, advise, and provide training on lean tools to relevant departments
• Give process engineering expertise across different product lines and sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in industrial engineering or related domain
• More than 10 years of experience in the production industry
• More than 3 years of lean transformation experience
• Knowledge of master lean manufacturing tools (SFM, SMED, KANBAN, etc.)
• Experience in 5S and lean manufacturing
• Fluent level written and verbal English
