A global mechanical component manufacturer is looking for a Sustainability Maintenance Engineer. The chosen applicant will be in charge of building and managing of a site-level decarbonization team. This role is based in Busan.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries about decarbonization
- Establish financial and resource needs
- Manage execution of decarbonization initiatives
- Handle operations and performance through monitoring
- Develop and deliver training programs
- Oversee key stakeholders and ensure efficient information exchange
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, economics, or similar (sustainability management-focused is ideal)
- More than 5 years of professional experience
- Ability to work with teams
- Proficient in English
