A Thermal Management Engineer role is open at an international aviation component manufacturer. The selected individual will be developing an integrated thermal management systems design. This role is based in Gyeonggi-do.
Responsibilities:
- Create thermal management system thermos-fluid simulation models in 1D or 3D
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to determine the thermal characteristics and specifications of each system and equipment
- Establish test plans for verifying the thermal management system
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering (Ph.D. is a plus)
- Prior 1D OR 3D thermos-fluid or other multi-physics modeling simulation experience
- Proven experience with e-mobility powertrain units (motor, inverter, and battery)
- Understanding of aerospace requirements, standards, or regulations
- Familiarity with SAE ARP4761 and ARP4754
- Proficient in spoken and written English
