글로벌 반도체 기업에서 통합 아시아 서비스 조직 총괄 관리를 담당할 Service Manager를 모집 중에 있습니다. 반도체 공정 장비 분야 Field Service 관리 경험을 보유한 전문가분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
Responsibilities:
- 아시아서비스 조직 총괄 관리
- Field Service 조직/운영 체계구축 및 고도화
- Installation & Warranty (I&W) 관리구조 구축
- 아시아고객사 현장 지원 총괄
- 제품전반 Tast Management 리딩
- 고객커뮤니케이션 및 보고
- 안전프로토콜 준수 (무위반)
Requirements:
- 전자공학또는 관련 분야 전문 학사 이상
- 반도체공정 장비 분야 Field Service 관리 경험
- 영어구사 능력 (문서/회화 모두 Fluent)
- Leadership & Team Management 역량
- 고객인터페이스 (대응/소통) 역량
- 영어외 제2외국어 (중국어, 일본어) 가능자 우대
