[제조/엔지니어] Field Service Engineer

A Field Service Engineer role is now open in an international machinery manufacturer. The qualified candidate will oversee machine installation, including assembly, utility connections, and initial programming.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct test runs to ensure proper functionality and provide operational training to customers
• Diagnose and repair electronic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
• Coordinate spare parts sourcing and delivery for repairs
• Provide remote and on-site technical support when needed
• Assist in machine modifications, refurbishing, and showroom demonstrations
• Report weekly to the service manager on scheduling, market trends, and service performance

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a technical background
• Experience in heavy machinery or related industries is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to minimise downtime
• Customer-focused approach with high service quality standards
• Native level Korean; intermediate level English
