[제약/생산관리] Site Director

A global life science company is looking for a Site Director. The selected candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, production efficiency, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure site-wide EHS compliance and promote a zero-incident safety culture
• Maintain a quality management system (QMS) aligned with semiconductor industry standards
• Develop and execute operating and strategic investment plans to optimise production and supply
• Drive transparency and proactively manage supply chain risks
• Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence
• Collaborate across sites to implement best practices and strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science; Master’s preferred
• More than 10 years of work experience
• More than 5 years in manufacturing plant management in chemical manufacturing
• Knowledge of business management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation
• Native level Korean; business level English
