[제조/엔지니어] Field Service Engineer

A Field Service Engineer position is now available at a global industrial technology manufacturer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for handling laser installation and servicing. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Give clients remote and on-site technical support
• Conduct on-site training for customers
• Update the manager and system with day-to-day customer support activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electronics, electrics, physics, mechanical, or materials is a plus
• More than 2 years of professional experience
• Prior work experience in laser manufacturer or laser systems-related integrators is advantageous
• Familiarity with lasers and optics is desirable
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal English
