[의료기기/영업지원] National Service Manager

An international medical devices manufacturer is looking for a National Service Manager. The chosen candidate will be accountable for creating an annual and quarterly service business plan. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Boost service revenue by creating service programs
• Implement service business strategies and initiatives
• Oversee and plan field service improvements, installations, and preventive maintenance
• Utilise ERP and MRP for spare parts inventory management
• Develop periodic reports related to service
• Monitor and manage technical staff's service performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics or relevant engineering
• More than 7 years of experience in managing service personnel
• Prior major medical device-related experience
• Practical experience in service contract business
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English
