A Field Application Engineer position is now available at a global semiconductor manufacturer. The chosen applicant will be in charge of implementing business expansion strategies with sales. This role is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites to deliver technical assistance
- Build strong customer relationships through knowledge sharing and technical communication
- Conduct technical analysis of customer needs to provide professional solutions
- Promote products and solutions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Assess and provide feedback on client requirements
- Organise and provide agents with technical training
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics related sector
- More than 10 years of experience in industrial applicant product development or customer technical support
- Prior in-depth customer resources and interactive experiences
- Background in analogue IC product support
- Experience with industrial or automotive customers' technical support
- Ability and willingness to travel
