[이커머스/경영지원] Administrative Business Partner (Contract)
A global travel and hospitality platform is searching for an Administrative Business Partner. The chosen applicant will be responsible for providing strategic administrative support to leaders and ensuring smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative support for leaders, including advanced calendar management, travel and expense management, note-taking, meeting preparation and follow-up, report and resource/database maintenance, and office access coordination
- Act as a thought partner to leaders to strategically align their calendar with key priorities and milestones
- Plan and execute team events, local off-sites, activities, team gatherings, and recognition initiatives for teams
- Assist with and/or own content creation, including drafting emails and creating presentations
- Manage expenses and purchase orders, and assist Finance in tracking and analysing budgets
- Provide support for project-related work, including preparing reports for quarterly business reviews and partnering with leaders to create onboarding plans for key team members
- Support process improvement initiatives, participate in strategic organisational activities, manage end-to-end external executive events, and coordinate leadership agendas
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders such as internal/external communications, talent partners, D&B, FP&A, Legal, and Recruiting to support organisational effectiveness
- Manage and maintain the security of the leader’s email inbox in compliance with the company’s code of ethics, data privacy, security, and protection policies as requested by the leader
- Build effective relationships across the company to facilitate scheduling and respond to spontaneous inquiries and requests
- Partner with the local workplace team for events and office-related needs
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative capacity
- Demonstrated experience supporting a leader based in a different location/time zone, with strong remote collaboration skills and comfort operating independently across multiple office environments
- Advanced presentation skills (Google Docs, Keynote, Excel) and grasp of current social networking systems
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Fluent level English and Korean
