[리테일/고객관리] Client Value Management team (intern)

A foreign luxury fashion brand is searching for a Client Value Management team (intern). The selected candidate will execute day-to-day activities, coordinate client engagement tasks, and assist with reporting and in-store initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data preparation and reporting to support the CVM report and activities
• Support collection, organisation, and distribution of celebratory/birthday gifts
• Provide on-site assistance for in-store activations and client events
• Gather and compile regular feedback from the RISE system
• Assist with follow-ups from in-store activities and prepare summaries for the CVM
  assistant manager
• Provide general support across CVM initiatives and client relationship activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Intermedial level MS Excel
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to complete a short Excel proficiency test (basic functions and pivot tables) as part of the recruitment process
• Proficient in written and verbal English
